Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied with your dress, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

• All tags must be attached

• The item must be returned in its original packaging

Please note:

• Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Refund Process:

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We’re happy to help!

When you request an exchange, we’ll send the new item along with a prepaid return label for the original item. Simply use the label to send the original dress back within 30 days.
